PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
The customer can choose to pay by credit card or debit card.
The accepted cards are: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. For purchases with Visa ELECTRON, authorization from the issuing bank for online use is required.
In the event that the customer uses a prepaid or disposable card, he must keep it even after the purchase because it could be used for a possible credit.

For orders by credit card, the Seller reserves the right not to proceed with the shipment in the event that the billing and shipping data do not coincide with the data of the holder of the credit / debit card used for the payment. In the case of payments with American Express credit cards, the Seller will proceed with the fulfillment of the order only and exclusively if the complete header data of the card used correspond with the billing and shipping data of the order, subject to verification with American Express Customer Service. In this case, the Customer will receive an e-mail communication in which he will be asked to change the billing and shipping data of the order as registered in his American Express account. The Seller will ship the order exclusively using the shipping data explicitly authorized and communicated to the American Express by the Customer.
PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL
To use this payment method you need to open a PayPal account.
Once the order details have been confirmed, the Customer will be redirected to the PayPal login page from which he can access his account to complete the payment. In case of payments with PayPal, the Seller will only ship to the data indicated in his PayPal account.
PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER
To use this payment method, simply select the appropriate item in the cart. The Seller will communicate the bank details at which to make the payment on the order confirmation page and in the summary e-mail. Payment must be made within two (2) working days from the order date. We suggest the Customer to communicate the CRO of the transaction via e-mail: this operation allows you to keep the purchased items busy pending the booking of the transfer.
If, after the two (2) working days, the transfer has not been accounted for and there is no communication from CRO, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order and restore the availability of the products included in the order for sale. online. In case of payments with PayPal, the Seller will only ship to the data indicated in your PayPal account.
The payment will be displayed on the bank statement as ELEVENTY WORLD SRL, the Seller's company name.
REFUND ON CREDIT CARD
After receiving the return and checking that all the requirements have been met, the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail.
The refund will be made within five (5) working days of receipt of the goods at the Seller's warehouses, on the credit or debit card used for the order.
The time it takes to view the chargeback depends on the institution that issued the card.
REFUND ON PAYPAL ACCOUNT
After receiving the return and checking that all the requirements have been met, the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail.
The refund on the Customer's PayPal account will be made within five (5) working days from the receipt of the goods at the Seller's warehouses. The refund will be visible within the following 24 hours.
The actual refund to the credit card from the associated PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.
