GENERAL INFORMATIONSProducts can be returned within 14 days from the receipt date (as recorded by the carrier tracking system).
To make a return or exchange, please contact email@example.com with your request.
Once your request is processed, we will send you an email confirmation of your return or exchange request, which will include the RA # (Return Authorization Number) and the shipping address of our Canada Return Center in Mississauga, NY (the complete address will be provided with the Return Authorization confirmation).
Please do not ship any merchandise without obtaining a Return Authorization Number first.
Since Eleventy is not responsible in case of loss or damages, we strongly suggest that the customer insures the shipment.
Once received and inspected, if product is intact, Eleventy will issue a refund.
